Quad dexterity.

How To Perform A Thresher

  1. Begin with a controlled toe stall.
  2. Start a Pixie set by setting the bag upward and immediately circling the bag with the same foot in an inside-to-outside dexterity.
  3. Plant the Pixie leg and transfer your weight smoothly.
  4. Perform the first Paradon dexterity with an Illusion motion.
  5. Continue directly into the Butterfly dexterity as the bag descends.
  6. Instead of finishing on a clipper stall, position your toe behind the support leg for a cross-body rake.
  7. Catch the bag on the toe and sweep it from behind the support leg back to the front of your body.
  8. Finish on a controlled toe stall to complete the final dexterity.

Tips For Learning

Learn Pixie Sets First

A consistent Pixie set is essential before attempting the full Thresher sequence.

Master Tiller

If you can hit Tiller consistently, adding the Pixie dexterity becomes much easier.

Keep The Set Tight

A low, controlled Pixie set creates the timing needed to finish all six dexterities cleanly.
