How To Perform The Osis Drill

  1. Stand balanced with your knees slightly bent.
  2. Set a clipper straight up.
  3. Lift your opposite foot beside your support leg.
  4. Pivot away from the footbag so it falls behind you.
  5. Continue turning as your stalling foot follows under the footbag.
  6. Make contact in the clipper position on the opposite side.
  7. Alternate Osis to complete the drill.

Tips For Learning

Turn Your Hips

Rotate your hips and shoulders to comfortably reach the clipper position.

Think Blind Catch

As you pivot away from the footbag imagine your foot making contact behind you.

Stretch

The hip stretch will help with both turning and keeping your stalling foot level.
