How To Perform An Outside Kick

  1. Stand relaxed with your knees slightly bent.
  2. Turn your kicking leg inward so the outside surface of your foot faces upward.
  3. Keep the kicking surface of your foot parallel with the ground.
  4. Contact the footbag with the flat outside portion of your foot.
  5. Kick upward with control and return to a balanced position.

Tips For Learning

Bend Your Knees

Keep your knees bent in order to support your kicking leg.

Stay Relaxed

Tension reduces accuracy. Let the leg swing naturally.

Alternate Sides

Learn both right and left outside kicks early to build strong fundamentals.
