How To Perform A Muted Mirage

  1. Start by setting the footbag upward from the toe of one foot. Do not plant this foot.
  2. As the footbag falls, use the same leg to begin the dexterity movement.
  3. Bring the leg around the footbag in an in-to-out direction.
  4. Complete the full dexterity motion and return the opposite foot that performed the initial set toward the footbag.
  5. Catch the footbag on the opposite toe that started the trick, finishing in a controlled stall.

Tips For Learning

Set Straight Up

Start with a controlled toe set that gives you enough height and time to complete the dexterity.

Use The Same Leg

Let the same leg perform the in-to-out dexterity.

Finish On The Opposite Toe

After completing the dexterity, bring the opposite toe back underneath the footbag for a clean stall.
