How To Perform The Toe Stall Drill

  1. Relax, lean forward and bend your knees.
  2. Lift your foot about 7 - 9 inches off the ground and keep it parallel with the ground.
  3. Try to time your foot with the falling footbag like an elevator going down.
  4. Keep your eyes over on the footbag throughout the movement.
  5. Stall by delaying your foot without touching the ground.
  6. Aleternate stalling feet to complete the drill.

Tips For Learning

Balance

Practice standing on one foot while leaning forward.

Persistence

Try one foot at a time until you can perform the trick well on both sides.
