How To Perform The Inside Stall Drill

  1. Stand relaxed with your knees slightly bent.
  2. Position your stalling foot in front of your spupport leg so the inside surface of your foot is facing upward.
  3. Cushion the footbag onto the inside of your foot rather than kicking it away.
  4. Keep your foot level and allow the footbag to settle into the stall position.
  5. Maintain your balance while controlling the footbag on your foot.
  6. Aleternate stalling feet to complete the drill.

Tips For Learning

Relax Your Foot

Keep your foot relaxed and use a soft touch to absorb the footbag.

Keep It Level

Keep the stalling surface of your foot level so the footbag stays in place.

Watch The Bag

Keep your eyes on the footbag and make small adjustments to maintain the stall.
